- User: I go to use the password reset tool and it asks me for an external email address, then it says the one I give it is wrong.
- Me: What email are you using?
- User: Well I put in the email that I get with your site.
- Me: That's the problem. External means not the one you get with us.
- User: And how do I get an email address?
- Me: They are free and everywhere really. I have 3 addresses. The most common are gmail, aol, hotmail, and yahoo.
- User: So you are forcing me to use email that I dont want?
- Me: To use that feature, external email addresses are required. There is no way around this.
- User: Fuck you! How is this legal!?
- Me: Excuse me?
- User: You are forcing me to buy stuff I dont want!
- Me: Email is free to set up and use virtually everywhere. If you dont want to receive email then just dont use it and dont give it out to anyone.
- User: So you are forcing me to use stuff I dont want?
